1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "fd44" refers to the online gaming and betting platform operated at fd44.io, including all associated services, games, and features accessible through the platform.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who registers an account on fd44 or accesses any part of the platform, whether logged in or not.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. There is no maximum deposit limit, though fd44 may apply additional verification checks for large transactions.
• Deposits are credited to your account instantly upon successful processing by the relevant payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for standard amounts during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals will only be issued to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit. fd44 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for a deposit.

• fd44 reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the withdrawal being held pending further review.
• Any funds deposited through fraudulent means, or deposited in error, will be reversed. fd44 is not liable for losses arising from incorrect payment details provided by a Player.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

fd44 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Bonus funds are awarded subject to minimum deposit thresholds and wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise, a standard rollover requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies before withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Cricket betting and sports wagers typically contribute 100% toward rollover. Live casino games may contribute between 10% and 100% depending on the specific game. Certain games may not contribute to rollover at all.

6 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the fd44 platform, including cricket betting, sports betting, live casino games, slots, and all other gaming categories:

• All bets are final once confirmed. fd44 does not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or amend a bet after it has been submitted and accepted by the system.
• fd44 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to a system error, manifest pricing error, or in circumstances where the outcome was known at the time the bet was placed.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual markets and game types. These limits are displayed at the point of placing each bet and may vary by market, event, or game.
• In-play cricket and sports betting markets may be suspended at any time due to match delays, interruptions, or technical reasons. Bets placed immediately before a suspension are subject to review.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fd44 platform. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will face account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account on fd44, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with any game on the platform.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the fd44 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, text, data, user interface designs, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of fd44 or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. 11 Responsible Gaming

13 Governing Law
